Program Description

Knowledge Center is a regional emergency management web-based program used to improve daily and critical incident communications. The program is intended to allow emergency management and incident command staff, at all levels, to enter and monitor incidents regardless of size or scope. Knowledge Center can be used to manage, allocate and track resources. During larger incidents and EOC activations, Knowledge Center can assist with situational awareness and the development of an Incident Action Plan.

The course is a series of videos, about 40 minutes long, that will go through the functioning of Knowledge Center.
