Repair Reporting System - End User Training

Program Description 

This is a training program to familiarize users in using Chester County's repair reporting and asset management system through Enterprise Wizard.

Target audience

All response personnel having a login to create a repair ticket in the repair reporting system for Chester County.

Learning objectives

Familiarize all responders in the following:

  • Logging in to the repair reporting system
  • Navigating home page after logging in
  • Updating user profile
  • Creating an equipment repair ticket
  • Selecting asset information and vehicle (if applicable) within equipment repair ticket
  • Creating a systemwide issue ticket
  • Viewing entered tickets from homepage
  • Submitting Q/A check results when repair is complete
