Course Description: This course will provide officers with insights into the Fourth Amendment, rules of criminal procedure, rules of evidence and relevant case law. The content will help with decision making and limit the opportunity for lost evidence, lost cases, and civil liability for the officer and their agency.

This course will give officers the confidence to make informed decisions while responding to calls for service or conducting proactive patrol activities. We will discuss topics that the participants want to cover in-depth.
