Description: By the end of the class, participants will be able to describe the greatest job associated physical/mental health risks associated with first responder service, and the resiliency practices to mitigate these risks.

Topics discussed are:

  • Critical Incident Stress
  • Stress management techniques
  • Suicide prevention

This class will be presented by the Chester County CISM/Peer Support Team, Wes Holman and John Wojtowicz.
