Course Description: This training is designed to enhance and expand the student's body of knowledge, and to assist them in performing their job at a high level. This is not a Basic Class and is not designed for anyone who does not already have Basic Police or Military Sniper training. This course does not address specific team policy or regulation. This is not a selection course and completion of the course does not guarantee any officer an assignment as a sniper.

Instructors for this training are certified through NTOA and the NRA as Sniper / Precision Rifle Instructors

Training Audience: Experienced Law Enforcement Officer desiring to further their sniper training

Prerequisite (s): Recognized Military or LE Sniper Basic Course

Equipment Needs: Pen / pencil, note taking material. In addition, the following is also required equipment:

• 100 rounds of match-grade ammunition
• Sniper System (Bolt gun or semi-auto .308 recommended including scope)
• Observation Equipment
• sniper sustainment gear
• rucksack

SPECIAL NOTE: Civilian Attire– NO Marked Police gear / No uniforms or marked vehicles and bring $5.00 cash for offsite outdoor range
