Description: The development of a department or agency’s current and future leadership is critical to the viability and success of the organization. Leadership drives success! And if we believe this, then developing our organization’s current and future leaders is absolutely critical to our organization’s effectiveness and mission accomplishment. Leading inside the structure of a public safety organization can be very challenging, and so each course participant will work through a number of real world leadership case scenarios, learning how to actually apply what they have learned regarding the skills, knowledge and ability to both become and sustain themselves as an effective and successful supervisor and leader in a 21st century public safety organization!
