Description:  First line supervisors and mid-level managers today must understand and master the skills needed to bring out the very best each team member has to offer if the organization is going to be successful. Building and maintaining both individual and team high performance can be very challenging today, particularly in the wide variety of public safety jobs, positions and organizations. Nothing is simple in human resources management and motivating and leading today’s public safety personnel requires a great deal of effort and ability.
