Description: This class presents various procedures that enable the patrol officer to recognize high risk vehicle stop situations and safely execute those stops in which the occupants pose an increased risk to public and officer safety.

The course curriculum includes the following:

• Mental preparedness
• Recognition of trouble indicators
• Pre-stop procedures
• Use of force issues
• Various stop tactics

Training Audience: Law Enforcement Professionals
