Chester County Chief’s of Police Association In collaboration with: The Chester County District Attorney’s Office The Chester County Detectives The Chester County Fraternal Order of Police An Officer Involved Shooting (OIS) seminar will be held for Chester County law enforcement officers (all ranks) in the event an OIS incident occurs. The Chester County District Attorney’s Office and County Detectives will review OIS protocols and policies, their respective roles in OIS investigations, and what to expect in the aftermath of an OIS incident. The Chester County Fraternal Order of Police will also review their involvement in OIS situations, including legal representation and post-incident support and wellness.
