Description: This 32-hour course will equip entry level firefighters with the knowledge, skills, and abilities focusing on fire ground emergency scenes. The course will consist of lecture and practical’s consisting of:
This course is the second module of the PA State Fire Academy’s Entry Level Fire Training Curriculum Training Audience: Firefighters starting their career in the fire service Prerequisite(s): Must be 14 years old, Intro to the Fire Services (ELIS) certificate, Hazardous Materials Awareness, skill book. Age 14 to 18, students must possess proper work permit from your sending school district. They must be turned on the first day of training. Earlier submissions are ok.
