Description: Developing a realistic and usable strategic plan is paramount to utilizing an agency's limited resources in an efficient and effective fashion, capable of directing an agency's efforts and activities towards the attainment of the organization's mission and vision. Learning how to design, develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan and building the integral parts of the plan into an integrated, systems approach is the focus here.
