Description: ICS-300 provides training and resources for personnel who require advanced knowledge and application of the ICS. This course expands upon information covered in the ICS-100 and ICS-200 courses. 

Training Audience: The target audience for this course are individuals who may assume a supervisory role in expanding incidents.

This course expands upon information covered in the ICS-100 and ICS-200 courses.

Prerequisites: Required Prerequisites:
IS-0100.c, Introduction to the Incident Command System, ICS-100;
IS-0200.c, Incident Command System for Single Resources and Initial Action Incidents;
IS-0700.b, National Incident Management System, An Introduction; and
IS-0800.c, National Response Framework, An Introduction

Recommended Prerequisite: Experience using concepts and principles from ICS-100 and ICS-200 in a response or exercise.

Course Length: 21 hours

Certification: Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency via TRAIN PA.

Student Materials: Students must download the Student Manual prior to the start of this training.

Equipment Needs: Pen/pencil, note-taking material; laptop or tablet with audio and visual capabilities. Class will use WebEx unless otherwise notified. This link will be available to participants one day prior to the training.
