Description: The goal of this training program is to provide LE and other Public Safety background investigators with the knowledge and tools required to conduct a thorough and effective background investigation on new applicants. The contents of this course will be based upon the USDOJ’s Office of Justice Programs approved course materials and national best practices in use today. Training Audience: Law Enforcement Officers and Public Safety Background Investigators Prerequisite(s): None Course Length: 8 Hours Equipment Needs: Pen / pencil, note-taking material.
