Description: The goal of this training program is to provide LE and other public safety internal affairs or professional standards, including first line supervisors and managers tasked with conducting these types of investigations, with the knowledge and tools required to conduct a thorough and legal internal investigation. The contents of this course will be based upon the Federal Law Enforcement Center's course curriculum, current CALEA standards and national best practices in use today.

Training Audience: law enforcement officers and public safety internal affairs.

Prerequisite(s): None

Course Length: 8 Hours

Equipment Needs: Pen / pencil, note-taking material.
